Where does PC PARK deliver?

PC PARK is based in Jeddah and delivers to all cities in Saudi Arabia. You receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items are prepared within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within 1 to 4 business days after handover to the courier, depending on your city. Custom-assembled gaming PCs need extra time for assembly and stress testing before shipping.

Can I change parts in a gaming PC after ordering?

Yes. You can make up to two changes to a build after confirming the order, as long as the parts are available. Price differences are charged or refunded using your original payment method.

Payment & Installments

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards including mada, bank transfer, and buy now pay later installments. Available installment providers are shown at checkout.

Can I buy a gaming PC on installments?

Yes. Choose an installment option at checkout to split the price into monthly payments. Approval and limits depend on the installment provider.

How long do I have to pay by bank transfer?

Upload the transfer receipt within 24 hours, otherwise the order is cancelled automatically.

Warranty & Returns

What warranty do PC PARK products have?

All products are genuine with manufacturer warranty: 2 years on computers and devices and 1 year on accessories. Manufacturing defects are repaired or replaced.

Can I return a product?

Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery or exchanged within 14 days. Opened products cannot be returned unless defective.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full and cover the shipping cost.
